Dogtooth Fever

Hey guys, back to a regular outfit post today. As you know from my previous posts my mum is getting married on Saturday, so things have been a bit hectic! I didn't realise how much planning a wedding took! But before the full on crazyness sets in I wanted to do an outfit post about these red dogtooth River Island leggings that have been hanging in my wardrobe for so long, waiting to be blogged about.

I got them on my River Island staff discount last year and to be honest I've only worn them a couple of times because I've struggled to pair them with something as most of the tops I tend to go for are patterned and colourful. So when I went shopping recently I decided to say to myself, no Lauren, no pattern go plain, and so I did. In River Island again I found this plain black top with a gorgeous cut out shoulder detail( no I can't just do full on plain haha!). And I know every outfit I blog about has my New Look fringe boots in but they just go with everything!! I added my H &M swan necklace and for when it gets chilly my River Island black leather jacket. Perfect for any weather, so perfect for our unpredictable British Summer!
